Consultancy and Development

• Structuring of the lottery to target the needs of the individual client, dependent on budget and mailing audience;
• Development of artwork and mailing packs to best present the client and their charitable ask;
• Forecasting of results and setting of key targets on development, both in terms of acquisition and data and financially, and;
• Development of long term structures in conjunction with the client – many clients have now agreed 5 year strategies with cfp.

cfp have a proven track record of expanding the lottery programmes of clients, producing highly successful expansion programmes to develop and increase the mailing potential and quantities of a number of campaigns, which in turn has significantly increased the revenue received from these programmes. cfp have a long established relationship with the Gambling Commission. We are recognised as a service provider for the lottery industry and are External Lottery Managers. As part of our service to our clients we are on hand to help and advise in the completion of the necessary Gambling Commission returns at the end of each campaign, ensuring that all requirements for the Gambling Commission are met.

 

 

 

Data Processing and Development

cfp's in-house Data Processing Team specialise in lottery mailings, which makes them experts in what they do! Through the use of recognised data programmes as well as our own in-house software solutions, designed to meet the needs of our clients, we take the stress out of your data processing requirements.

As part of our service to you we are able to monitor your responses and create a lottery development matrix specifically for your needs, enabling you to get the maximum potential from your audience and growing your revenue lottery by lottery.

Campaign files are provided to the clients on an agreed basis, in the clients formats, so that data can be used for future needs immediately.

 

 

Design and Print

Through our knowledge and products, cfp knows what works and how to make the product and design work best for your target audience. Through the use of our expert designers you are guaranteed to get fresh and unique designs every time.

cfp work with a number of printers both in the UK and across Europe to develop products that meet client's needs and beyond. We are always developing and evolving new ideas to keep the products fresh. Our well established partnerships with our printers means we always go that extra mile to meet your needs and are dedicated to getting it at the best possible price. Since cfp order print for a substantial number of clients and coordinate print for hundreds of millions of tickets a year, cfp are able to agree bulk discount unavailable to individual clients. We are independent of all print houses so we can always achieve the best possible price for you from the best suppliers.

 

 

Packing and Distribution

We have our own mailing house, so you can be assured that our team know what they are doing! With the use of enclosing machinery we are able to take on large volumes of fulfilment with ease. Alternatively for smaller, bespoke packing needs we have a dedicated team of packers, to fulfil mailing pieces by hand.

Either way you can guarantee the efficiency and accuracy of the packing of your mailing pieces.

 

 

Response Handling

Unlike other processing houses, our processing team only undertake lottery processing, which means you can always be confident in our abilities. From receiving and opening mail, processing of entries, data processing of responses to banking income into a client nominated account we handle it all in-house keeping you up to date every step of the way with the progress of your campaign, with in-depth reports providing analysis.
